Donna is president of Coaching to Success [http://www.coachingtosuccess.com ] and co-founder of the Association for Coaching Excellence. She is the former executive vice president for CoachVille and dean of the Thomas Leonard Coaching School, and is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council.  Donna is also co-founder of the Conversation Among Masters annual conference, and of the non-profit Coach Initiative  [http://www.coachinitiative.org]

She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and is a founding member of the International Association for Coaching.   An executive, life and mentor coach, Donna has more than 30 years of corporate and business experience. With her multiple roles, she's learned how crucial it is to embrace change and create inspiring, sustainable environments for success.
